INSTRUCTORS

Bill and his wife, Margaret, would like to introduce you to the next generation of Bengston Method Instructors. Each of these instructors have a wealth of experience as practitioners and in teaching the method to clients, practice groups and in workshops over the past several years. They will be carrying the Bengston Method into the future with their teaching, coaching and practices.

Margaret Nies

Margaret Nies, Bill's wife, taught the Bengston Energy Healing Method alongside Bill for the past number of years. She has also been active in creating materials for the workshop. Margaret assisted Bill in his research, especially with storing and scaling healing, and works to publish papers on the most recent completed studies. Margaret’s background is eclectic — from farming to the corporate setting.  She has a wide range of professional experience in project management and holistic health. Margaret has a deep love of animals and plants. When possible. she is outdoors in nature gardening and hiking.

He first attended a workshop with Bill in 2017 and has been a regular attendee at Bengston Method workshops ever since, both in-person and online. In the Bengston Method workshops, Eric has often shared from his vast clinical experience as well as led breakout groups and helped participants explore aspects of the technique as a co-trainer. As a Bengston Method practitioner, the list of conditions Eric has treated with Method is long and varied.

Helen Babbin

Helen Babbin has worked as an energy healer for over 30 years, helping people and animals with a variety of emotional, spiritual, and physical challenges. She took her first workshop with Bill Bengston in the summer of 2017 and was impressed with the potential of this powerful technique to help with a variety of issues. She immediately began incorporating The Bengston Method into her energy healing work with clients. Shortly thereafter, she along with Jennifer Hall began hosting Bill Bengston for workshops in the Seattle area. Together they began an Image Cycling practice group that continues to run today. Helen is a regular at The Bengston Method workshops, lending her experience and expertise to answering questions and leading breakout rooms.

Jennifer Hall

Jennifer Hall has been working as an energy healer since the early 1990’s. She is trained and experienced in a variety of energy healing techniques, plant medicine, energy psychology, and counselling. Today, she primarily works with The Bengston Method in her practice as a healer and a teacher. She discovered The Bengston Method in 2016 through Bill Bengston’s workshops. She and Helen Babbin began co-hosting Bill Bengston’s workshops in Seattle, and then transitioned to providing these workshops remotely in 2020. She continues to be a regular contributor to the Bengston Method workshops, providing her clinical expertise and sharing her experiences in working with this method for many years. In her healing work, she has seen how each client needs physical, mental and spiritual healing. John Lavack

John Lavack has been using The Bengston Method since 2011, when he took an in-person workshop with Bill. John works with a mix of energy methods, but his primary approach is The Bengston Method because it enhances every other method. John strongly feels The Bengston Method creates an environment for helping people heal themselves. He began his exploration of different energy methods in the early 1970s, trying to find out if what he was experiencing was real. It has taken him on a journey of numerous methodologies and practices, from Transcendental Meditation to NLP, Psychosomatics, Mind Potential, and more. John has shared his wealth of knowledge and experience in many Bengston workshops, has hosted a Bengston practice group for years, and has taught countless individual clients how to cycle. He is happy to have the opportunity to help people learn how to cycle to help themselves and others.
