Bengston Method Deep Dive Review

Series of 5 two hour sessions. Although concepts and thoughts will be presented, we will be learning and exploring as a group. Questions and sharing experiences will be encouraged. 

All attendees must have taken a workshop or learned from the audio course. These will be small interactive sessions that aid in understanding and practice. Class limit is 20 participants.
